Peer Specialist: Recovery Advocate & Community Coach

Housing Works in New York City seeks a Peer Specialist to support individuals living with mental illness, histories of chemical and alcohol dependence, or physical disabilities. You will carry a caseload, model recovery, advocate, and connect clients to community resources. Under supervision, you will perform recovery planning, documentation, and collaboration with other providers, while engaging in community-based work to promote independence and social integration. #J-18808-Ljbffr Housing Works
