We're looking for high-energy, outgoing professionals to join our Lead Generation Representative team . This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, thrive in fast-paced retail environments, and are motivated by sales goals. In this position, you'll proactively connect with customers at partner retail stores , spark interest in our services, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. You'll also help customers schedule service appointments-playing a key role in driving new business for Service Champions.

Full time and part time opportunities are available in Concord, Pittsburg, and Brentwood.

What We're Looking For:

• Must be available to work Thurs. - Mon.

• Comfort working in a retail or customer-facing environment
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Sales, promotions, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primarily responsibility for the Lead Generation Representative include:

• Know and live up to Service Champions core values at all times.
• Walk around or stand at in-store kiosks at assigned stores in the SF Bay Area speaking to clients regarding our products.
• Schedule appointments and follow ups with clients and our field teams.
• Accurately log client information in Service Titans.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store management and team members.
• Participate at in-store events.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Service Champions offerings to answer client questions.
• Ensure monthly revenue and lead generation goals are met or exceeded.
• Represent Service Champions with integrity, energy, and professionalism.

Qualifications

ROLE REQUIREMENTS :

• Retail experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Energetic, confident, outgoing, and self-driven personality.
• Comfortable being on your feet and talking to anyone.
• Must be comfortable initiating conversations with clients.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends for in-store events.
• Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language.
