Experienced Feed Milling Professional

Experienced Feed Milling professional wanted! The right person for this position will be able to lead a production team and oversee all of the day-to-day operations as well as the P&L and budgets. Position Requirements & Responsibilities :

• 3+ Years of Milling/Food Production experience; Manager or Supervisor role is highly desired
• Manage the day-to-day production, quality, safety, maintenance, grain procurement, and P&L
• Provide strategic leadership to improve process and efficiency
• Write and implement company SOPs
• B.S. Degree in Agriculture, Milling or Food Science is preferred
• Must be able to relocate within a reasonable commute to the facility

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $90,000-$110,00+
• Full Benefit Package (Health, Dental, Vision)
