Counter Sales & Customer Service Representative

$25/hour DOE | Full-Time | Evaluation-to-Hire

 

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local, established company to find a Counter Sales & Customer Service Representative to join their team.

 

This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity. You will start through Express Employment Professionals, with the opportunity to be hired directly by the company based on performance and overall fit.

 

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and being part of both the office and day-to-day operations.

 

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with tire selection and product recommendations
• Answer customer questions and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
• Handle daily office and administrative responsibilities
• Prepare and process invoices, billing, and payments
• Manage customer communications by phone, email, and in person
• Enter and maintain customer and product information
• Coordinate with the service team to help keep customer needs moving efficiently
• Assist with general office duties as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional counter/office area

 

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service, sales, or office experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable learning about tires and making product recommendations
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs. when needed
• Willingness to learn the tire/service business is more important than previous tire experience

 

Compensation & Benefits

• $25/hour , based on experience
