Human Resources Manager

Overview Freedom Behavioral Hospital of Magnolia is hiring a mid-level Human Resources professional. This exempt, full‑time position reports to the hospital administrator and coordinates all personnel matters within the facility. Responsibilities Track time and process payroll. Recruit for open positions and onboard new hires. Manage the employment cycle of all employees. Assist the administrator on personnel matters and uphold federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and the hospital code of conduct and policies. Qualifications 2–3 years’ experience in an HR role, preferably as a Generalist or equivalent. Experience with payroll processes and systems. Experience with BambooHR strongly preferred.
