- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with multithreading and concurrency
- Ability to identify and resolve memory leaks
- Proficiency in Python (scripting or backend support)
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Optimize application performance and ensure stability
- Troubleshoot production issues, including memory and performance bottlenecks
- Implement multithreaded solutions for high-throughput systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable backend services
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
