Customer Experience & Merchandising Associate

The TJX Companies, Inc.

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver an outstanding shopping experience in our Kansas City area store. You will engage customers, maintain a clean environment, and support multiple store areas as needed to meet business needs. Ideal candidates showcase strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy in transactions. Prior retail experience is preferred and a competitive benefits package is offered.
