We are seeking a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, with experience in Family Law, to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to our attorneys' business needs under their direction.

Responsibilities:

• Client interaction
• Legal document preparation
• E-filing
• Case file management
• Docket control
• Client Billing
• Administrative support

This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as a team. The ideal candidate is highly reliable, is able to work under the pressure of deadlines, and has a passion for helping others.

Experience:

• Legal administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
• MyCase, Clio, or other Legal software: 1 year (Preferred)
• Certified Notary Public (Preferred)
