As a Barback, you will assist bartenders by restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area to ensure guests receive top-notch service. Key Responsibilities:

As a Barback, you will assist bartenders by restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area to ensure guests receive top-notch service. Key Responsibilities:
- Restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies
- Clear and wash glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Assist bartenders with any support needed during busy shifts
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior barback or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Work in an elegant, vibrant bar setting

- After 5+ years: 20 days
- Time and a half for hours worked on Thanksgiving and Christmas
