The ideal candidate has a strong design background, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing high-end residential projects from concept through installation. Develop space plans, furniture layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings. Source and specify furnishings, lighting, fabrics, wallcoverings, and finishes. Prepare client presentations, specifications, and project documentation. Coordinate with contractors, architects, vendors, and trades. Review dimensions, pricing, lead times, and product specifications for accuracy. Assist with procurement, order tracking, and installation coordination. Attend client meetings, site visits, and installations. Proactively identify challenges, anticipate project needs, and provide solutions. Maintain organized project files, schedules, and material selections.
