Senior Change Leader for Agentic AI HR Transformation

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Change Management Lead to drive the Agentic AI HR transformation. You will own the end-to-end change strategy, coordinating across global HR, Digital & Technology, and regional People teams to enable adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and new operating models. You will work closely with executive sponsors and program leadership, shaping strategy while delivering day-to-day activities—workshops, communications, readiness, and stakeholder management—to achieve #J-18808-Ljbffr CBRE Group, Inc.
