Geriatric Occupational Therapist
Renewal Rehab
Renewal Rehab is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities. In this onsite role, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, cognition, and safety. You’ll document in EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate families and caregivers. Renewal Rehab offers a supportive, collaborative culture, manageable caseloads, opportunities for mentorship and professional growth, and the chance to make a daily impact on seniors’ functional outcomes and quality of life.
