Associate Customer Quality Engineer – Manufacturing / Quality Engineering / Root Cause Analysis / Warranty

Location: Conyers, GA

Pay: $40-45/hr

Schedule: Full-Time | 6-Month Contract | Onsite

Our client is a leading manufacturer of food retail solutions. As part of a global manufacturing organization, they are known for delivering innovative products to some of the world's largest retailers while fostering a collaborative, quality-driven culture.

They are looking for you—an Associate Customer Quality Engineer with a strong analytical mindset and manufacturing experience. This is a 6-month contract opportunity supporting customer quality initiatives by investigating product issues, performing root cause analysis, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve product performance.

What You Get To Do:

• Investigate customer complaints and warranty issues
• Perform root cause and failure analysis on field issues
• Analyze production, warranty, and quality data
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, and Sourcing teams
• Review engineering drawings and production records
• Prepare reports and present findings for Quality Review Boards

What You Need To Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 1–3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with root cause analysis and failure investigations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Commercial or industrial refrigeration experience is a plus
