Senior Project Portfolio Manager (PPM) Location: North Palm Beach, FL 33408 Duration: 11 Months Contract Experience Required: 10+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Portfolio Manager (PPM) to lead enterprise-wide portfolio planning, governance, and execution initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex project portfolios, aligning investments with strategic business objectives, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring successful project delivery across multiple programs. This role serves as a key liaison between executive leadership, stakeholders, and project teams, driving portfolio transparency, risk management, governance compliance, and business value realization. Key Responsibilities Define, maintain, and optimize the project portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and business priorities. Monitor portfolio performance, project health, and delivery outcomes to ensure achievement of business goals. Establish and enforce standardized project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid frameworks. Conduct regular portfolio reviews, project audits, and health assessments to identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities. Manage portfolio governance processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards. Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to communicate portfolio status, strategic priorities, risks, and recommendations. Oversee project prioritization, resource allocation, and capacity planning across multiple initiatives. Track budgets, forecasts, financial performance, and ROI to maximize portfolio value and investment effectiveness. Develop portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports to support informed decision-making. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and portfolio management maturity. Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills Strong experience in defining and managing enterprise project portfolios aligned with business strategy. Expertise in project governance and implementation of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies. Experience ensuring compliance with corporate policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements. Preferred Skills Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience monitoring portfolio budgets, forecasting, financial planning, and ROI analysis. Required Experience 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Portfolio Management. Proven track record of managing large-scale project portfolios in complex enterprise environments. Experience with portfolio governance frameworks, risk management, and strategic planning.
