Fabricators

Adecco is hiring immediately for Fabricators to join a local client in Orlando, FL . If you have experience working with metal, reading blueprints, using fabrication tools, and performing hands-on assembly, we want to hear from you!
Core Responsibilities

• Read Plans and Blueprints: Review technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to understand project specifications and plan fabrication work.
• Measure and Cut Materials: Accurately measure materials and operate equipment such as saws, shears, and plasma cutters to cut metal to required dimensions.
• Shape and Assemble Components: Operate presses, rollers, brakes, and other fabrication equipment to bend and shape materials. Assemble components using welding, bolting, riveting, or other appropriate methods.
• Finish and Inspect: Grind rough edges, polish surfaces, and inspect completed work to ensure proper dimensions, quality, and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a Safe Work Environment: Follow all safety procedures, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), maintain a clean and organized workspace, and properly care for tools and equipment.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Technical school certification or formal welding/fabrication training is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and basic math skills for accurate measurements.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Knowledge of MIG and/or TIG welding is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely bend, reach, lift, and maneuver materials.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy parts and materials as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
