Construction Foreman

Wright Concrete & Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee daily job site operations and supervise multiple crews across a variety of construction projects. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage schedules, coordinate manpower and equipment, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Candidates must be dependable, capable of managing multiple projects at once, and willing to travel as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations on construction job sites
• Manage crews, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Oversee multiple active projects while maintaining quality and productivity standards
• Communicate directly with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and customers
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings
• Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and project documentation
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Coordinate deliveries, materials, and equipment usage between job sites
• Monitor project progress and assist with scheduling manpower and workflow
• Train and mentor crew members when necessary
• Assist with problem solving and decision making in the field
• Travel to various job sites as required

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Construction Foreman or similar leadership role required
• Experience managing crews and multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and general computer use
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
• Valid driver's license required
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and procedures
• OSHA certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in concrete, site work, or heavy construction
• CDL or equipment experience is a plus
• Experience with project scheduling and material coordination

Work Environment

This position involves both field and office responsibilities and may require working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Travel to multiple job sites may be required depending on project needs.
