Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily parking operations for residential, theater, visitor, and monthly parking.
• Direct and assist a team of cashiers, traffic directors, and parking attendants in their daily tasks.
• Assist with assigning parking spaces to residents and ensuring compliance with parking regulations.
• Monitor parking areas to ensure proper use and adherence to policies.
• Train, schedule, and manage parking staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Address any parking-related issues or concerns from residents, guests, or visitors in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of parking facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving parking services.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to parking assignments, occupancy rates, and incident reports.
• Ensure all staff are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in parking management or a supervisory role is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and efficiency.
• Knowledge of parking management systems and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word is preferred.
