Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Provide care for mother and baby during the labor and delivery process
• Monitor fetal development accurately using GE Fetal Heart Monitors
• Collaborate with the surgical tech and charge nurse on unit
• Utilize EPIC for electronic medical records
• Administer medications using Omnicell dispensing system

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Active RN licensure
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and FHM (AWHONN) certifications
• Minimum of 2 years experience in labor and delivery
