We are seeking a Project Specialist to support customer projects from initial request through successful completion. Reporting to the Customer Experience Projects Manager, you will have the opportunity to support all products that Trystar offers and grow your knowledge as our product range expands. The Project Specialist will partner with the Sales team and work cross functionally with Planning, Procurement and Engineering advocating for the customer. We show up for each other and we know that through teamwork we achieve greatness.Champion change – We know adaptation and improvement are requirements to survive and to thrive.Enjoy the journey – We create an environment where our team feels appreciated and has fun along the way.In this role you will get to:Gain in-depth knowledge of Trystar's offerings and applicationsWork on custom solution projects, solving complex customer applicationsManage large customer projects from initial request to successful completionEngage with cross functional partners to ensure successful completion of customer projectsEstablish and grow customer relationships through direct interaction and support of the Sales teamMaintain up to date customer information and interactions in ERP and CRMResolve all issues to client satisfaction or escalate to other departments for resolution as neededProvide effective responses to all client inquiries within same business day or notify them if not possibleJob Requirements:Basic QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Technical College Degree preferredProject coordination, support or management experienceStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience in Sales or Customer Experience type roleStrong written and spoken vocabulary and ability to communicate with customersAbility to use digital tools to capture and respond to customer requestsProficient in Microsoft Office 365 – Including Power Point and ExcelAdditional QualificationsContinuous improvement mindsetHigh comfort level establishing and growing relationships with customers and internal partnersExperience UPS, Rectifier or Inverter manufacturingWillingness and ability to travel up to 10%
