Overview:
Due to continued growth, Flaherty Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative and supportive team in Northborough, MA. Full-time availability (40 hours/week) is preferred, though clinicians available for at least 32 hours per week will also be considered.

This position offers flexibility with both Pelvic Health and General Orthopedics caseload options. We are seeking a friendly, patient-centered clinician with strong communication skills. New graduate PTs are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and hands-on training.

Caseload / Patient Population:

• Treat patients of all ages in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting
• General orthopedic caseload with pelvic health opportunities
• Pelvic health caseload may be structured as 100% pelvic health or a combination of pelvic health and general orthopedics based on clinician preference
• 1:1 treatment sessions with 40-minute appointments
• Opportunities to develop specialties and pursue advanced certifications

Compensation:

• Full-time salary range: $83,000–$115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
• Productivity-based bonus opportunities available

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 7 a.m.–7 p.m.
• Friday: 7 a.m.–3:40 p.m.
• No weekends or major holidays
• Candidates should be comfortable covering a mix of early and late shifts
• Flexible scheduling to support work/life balance

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for Massachusetts state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• New graduate PTs supported and mentored
• Full-time preferred; 40 hours/week available
• Candidates with 32 hours of availability will also be considered
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
