Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition. Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients. Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment. Oversee the Nurse Aide team, giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations. Qualifications Current license to practice as an RN in Michigan; current CPR‑BLS certification. Associate's, Bachelor's, or higher degree. Strong analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation. Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care. Team player dedicated to supporting team members and ensuring job completion.
