**Key Responsibilities:**

- Implement and monitor individualized care plans, setting goals that promote academic, behavioral, and personal growth.
- Organize and lead recreational and educational activities that enrich the lives of youth.
- Ensure a safe and structured environment by following established procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues, educators, and other professionals to address the needs of youth and coordinate services.
- Facilitate open communication by listening to the concerns and needs of youth and responding appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working with youth or in a similar care setting is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with young individuals.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with composure and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
