Licensing Compliance Coordinator - Hybrid

Monday to Friday 8:00am -5:30pm

Hybrid Remote Schedule / Monday & Friday Remote

$29 - $30/hour

Interacts with various external business entities such as: City, Village, County, and Assessor personnel and coordinates activity across several internal departments to ensure compliance. Maintains valid rental property and management licenses by managing an assigned portfolio of residential rental properties, business offices, property management and general contractor entities. Prepares, processes, and remits new and renewal applications timely. Gathers data from accounting or other records to calculate fees, create payment support, and process invoices. Creates packages to include tenant information, leases, and other information as required for jurisdiction compliance. Researches jurisdiction locales and business licensing code and ordinance requirements.

Required:

• 1+ year compliance, accounting, property management, research or analysis experience
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook

Preferred:

• Associates/Bachelors.
• Notary License.
• Subject matter expert in business licensing.
• SharePoint, Yardi Voyager and CRM Dynamics software.
