As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Clay Hamilton - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities include providing information about insurance products and services, assisting clients with policy applications and renewals, handling client inquiries and providing timely responses, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
Qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, being detail-oriented and able to multitask, and experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
