We're looking for a Senior ERP Technical Analyst who loves figuring things out. Someone who understands JD Edwards, has a strong foundation in software development or modern automation technologies, and gets excited about solving problems that don't come with a playbook.

This isn't a traditional JD Edwards support position. And it isn't a heads-down development job.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as a technical problem-solver across JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and the broader enterprise application environment.
• Investigate complex system issues, troubleshoot integrations, analyze data, and identify root causes.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Develop, enhance, or support applications, interfaces, workflows, and automation solutions.
• Connect JD Edwards with surrounding enterprise systems using APIs, custom integrations, and modern development tools.
• Work with SQL and relational databases to analyze information, troubleshoot issues, and support reporting and integration needs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes through automation, Power Platform, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with a small, experienced IT team while taking ownership of projects and technical challenges.
• Explore new tools and approaches that can improve the way enterprise applications operate.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for technical versatility, curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills—not simply someone who has spent years working in one ERP environment.

The essentials:

• Meaningful, hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and a strong understanding of its technical architecture and data structures.
• Strong SQL skills , including the ability to investigate complex data issues and work with relational databases.
• Hands-on technical experience beyond JD Edwards, ideally in one or more of the following:
• Software development: C#, .NET, or comparable programming experience
• Microsoft Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, or related workflow automation tools
• Enterprise integrations: REST APIs, web services, middleware, or custom interfaces
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, including diagnosing problems that span multiple applications or systems.
• Experience gathering requirements, evaluating technical options, and communicating effectively with business stakeholders.
• A willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies and take ownership of challenging problems.

Experience that would really stand out:

• C#/.NET application development and debugging
• Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, or Power Apps
• Azure, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, or data warehousing
• JD Edwards Orchestrator and API-based integrations
• SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, or ETL processes
• Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or enterprise reporting
• Workflow automation tools such as Nintex
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development, Microsoft Copilot, or other emerging AI tools

You don't need experience with every technology listed. What matters is that you've built a strong technical foundation, know how to solve difficult problems, and genuinely enjoy learning new things.

Compensation & Location

• Base Salary: $170,000–$180,000
• Employment: Full-time, direct hire
• Location: Downtown Denver, Colorado
• Schedule: Four days onsite, one day remote (typically Friday)
• Work Environment: Collaborative, established IT team with opportunities for continued growth and technical development

Candidates must be able to work onsite in downtown Denver four days per week. This is not a fully remote opportunity.
