Senior Industrial Engineer

GXO Logistics, a global leader in contract logistics, is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to drive performance across transportation and warehousing operations. In this role, you will analyze workflows, design layouts and develop engineered labor standards that enhance safety, quality and productivity. You will lead Lean and continuous improvement projects, support deployment of robotics and automation, and use data analytics to optimize processes and KPIs. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, you will support new site launches and standardize best practices while influencing strategic decisions for blue‑chip customers.
