The Maryland Department of Human Services (DHS) seeks a State Foster Youth Ombudsman to advocate for youth in out-of-home care across all 24 jurisdictions. Working within the SSA Office of Family Advocacy, you will investigate complaints, ensure rights and safety, and provide policy-driven recommendations to DHS leadership. You will lead statewide outreach, collaborate with courts, attorneys, and LDSS, and maintain confidential case documentation while upholding HIPAA and statutory requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr State of Maryland
