Responsibilities

All patient care areas; contact with patients, visitors, staff.

Frequent prolonged standing/walking.

Lifts, positions, pushes, and/or transfers patients.

Protective clothing worn face shield, gloves, impermeable gown, and particulate respirator

Qualifications

High School Diploma or High School Equivalency required . Current NYS EMT Certification Required. Pass Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Test (70% or greater).

BCLS Certification required Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct patient care, 5 years preferred technical skills required for patient care.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Speaks, reads and writes English to the extent required by the position

Pay Range

USD $37.66 - USD $45.52 /Hr.
