Addiction Therapist | Licensed Outpatient Clinician

Join a compassionate team as an Addiction Therapist providing essential outpatient behavioral health services to a diverse client base in the Midwest region. This role involves conducting thorough diagnostic assessments, delivering individual, family, group, and in-home therapy tailored to client needs, and performing utilization reviews as necessary. You will implement medically necessary treatment plans, assess functional capacity, and determine appropriate Levels of Care (LOC) while maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Education: A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

Experience: Preferred candidates have three to five years of experience diagnosing and treating serious mental illness (SMI), severe emotional disturbance (SED), or substance use disorders. Experience supervising clinicians pursuing licensure and working with diverse, high-risk populations is highly valued.

Requirements: Must hold a BSRB Master's Level Clinician license and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) certification. Completion of all necessary trainings for specialized care, including Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credentials, is required. A valid driver's license is also necessary.
