Controls Engineer

GE Vernova is seeking a Controls Research Engineer to join our R&D team advancing next‑generation control algorithms for low‑carbon power, grid, and renewable systems. You will model complex energy assets, design and simulate advanced control strategies (model predictive, adaptive, and robust control), and validate them via hardware‑in‑the‑loop and lab testing. Collaborating with cross‑functional engineering teams, you’ll translate research into deployable solutions, publish and patent innovations, and support field trials—driving safer, more reliable, and more sustainable energy systems worldwide in a mission‑driven, collaborative culture.
