HOPE ~ HEALTH ~ HEALING Seeking a Case Manager to join our interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at our Priest Dr. Recovery Health Center. Full-Time Employed: 40 hours per week. M-F 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Location: 1642 S. Priest Dr. Bldg. 6 Suite 101, Tempe, AZ 85281. Additional language differential pay available. NOW OFFERING AN ADDITIONAL $1.50/hr SMI DIFFERENTIAL. Full Benefits Package, Including 401K. Generous PTO/Sick Time (4+ weeks in year 1). No experience required; a bachelor's degree in behavioral health - we will train you. New grads welcome.
