Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Arizona State Physical Therapy License required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC required or may be required based on client policy. Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred. Experience with musculoskeletal evaluations, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and gait training preferred. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) required. Client may require experience with outpatient scheduling and documentation workflows. Excellent patient communication skills and ability to manage a diverse caseload.
