Your Responsibilities

* Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruitment specialists for comprehensive evaluations

* Maintain engagement with leads to foster interest and facilitate their hiring journey

* Keep accurate and current data in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on the meetings you arrange, interviews conducted, and hires that result from your outreach
