Position:

Remote and/or In-Person Teletherapy Clinician (must be licensed in Michigan)

Location:

Remote or in-person in the Livonia, MI area

• Psychoanalytic therapy
• Behavioral and cognitive therapy
• Humanistic therapy
• Integrative and holistic therapy, and more!

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate therapy and support to patients and their families
• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the psychosocial needs of patients
• Develop and implement personalized care plans based on individual patient needs and goals
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive care
• Assist patients and families in accessing community resources and support services
• Provide counseling and emotional support in a variety of settings
• Advocate for patients' rights to ensure they receive the care they deserve
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and progress
• Supervise and provide guidance to limited license medical social workers (LMSWs)
• Meet regularly with LMSWs to review their progress and provide support

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Therapy license (preferred)
• Experience in medical social work or therapy (preferred)
• Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation practices
• Licensed to practice in Michigan
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
