Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Requirements:
- Active nursing license
- Certifications as required for emergency department nursing
- Relevant experience in an emergency department setting
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients.
- Supervise nursing staff and delegate care responsibilities appropriately.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality, safe nursing care.
- Support competency and resource management related to patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
