Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - United Regional Health Care System.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Special Requests: All RTO must be included at the time of submission or prior to accepting offer. Facility will consider up to a 20-week contract (end date of 1/9).

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling: 3x12 one week and 4x12 the next (84 hours biweekly). Weekend coverage as needed by the department.

Floating Requirements: Will float between Med-Surg units.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years

Proof of identification required
