Job Description

• Craft Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create tailored therapy approaches to assist them in reaching their functional targets
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to boost patients' motor skills, cognition, and daily self-care activities
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, whole-person care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide training to patients and families in therapy strategies that support continuous progress at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on track

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
