Director of TPM — API Platform & Strategy

Capital One is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management (API Strategies) to lead enterprise data initiatives and drive Capital One’s API strategy. You will partner with Product, Engineering, ML, and Supplier Management to plan, execute, and measure milestones tied to annual OKRs while shaping the TPM discipline across teams.

You’ll manage executive communications, set governance, and ensure alignment on architecture, delivery quality, and measurable outcomes across multiple engineering
