Installation Service Technician

Pinnacle Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Installation Service Technician with experience in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining a variety of commercial and industrial equipment and building systems. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, enjoys troubleshooting, and provides excellent customer service while working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, pumps, valves, and piping.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs, including wiring, motors, switches, control panels, and lighting.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and identify potential issues before failures occur.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings with customers and management.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety regulations.
• Provide professional customer service while working at client locations.
• Travel to customer sites throughout Southern Arizona as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in plumbing, electrical, or facilities maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and plumbing diagrams.
• Mechanical aptitude with experience using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Trade school or vocational training in plumbing, electrical, or a related field.
• Experience working in commercial or industrial environments.
• OSHA certification or other trade-related certifications are a plus.
