FOH/ Barista lead
We are looking for an experienced, dependable, professional, and customer-focused team leader who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a close-knit, hardworking team.This position is ideal for someone seeking a long-term opportunity, not a temporary or seasonal job. What We're Looking For:
2 years FOH and/or barista experience
1 year leading a successful team
Punctual and reliable
Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Available to work weekends Schedule
Approximately 230-35 hours per week
Weekend availability required
Typical shifts fall between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM
Evenings free
Compensation
Starting at $20-$24 per hour DOE
