Henkels & McCoy West works closely with clients from diverse markets to build enduring partnerships throughout the Western United States. Our team of seasoned professionals designs, builds, manages, and maintains critical and sustainable infrastructure for the power, oil & gas pipeline, gas distribution, and communications industries.

Responsibilities:

• Set up work orders into the MRP system
• Review timesheets and submit them to payroll
• Claim production units into the MRP system
• Enter purchase requisitions
• Collect subcontractor/material tickets for accrual
• Prepare project invoices
• Attend department project/financial meetings
• Monitor Purchase Order spend
• Perform project close out activities, including vendor close outs, AR Aging, final billing and required project documentation
• Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned
• Must be able to cross-train and work in a team environment
• Must have good organizational skills and be an effective communicator

Qualifications:

• General office administration experience
• Experienced in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Exposure to construction or utility field office (Preferably)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and team player
• Minimum Educational Background: High School graduate or equivalent. Some college or other advanced education preferred
• Minimum Years of Relevant Experience: 2-5 years of general office experience

Hourly Range: $21.92 - $32.84 hourly / DOE
