How You Will Make a Difference Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining the highest level of quality and compassionate care. Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing. Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility. What You Need To Make a Difference Possess an active LPN license in your state of residence. Hold a current and active CPR certification. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and productivity. Possess excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, maintaining confidentiality.
