**Trustbridge Hospice**, a part of **Empath Health,** is seeking a caring and motivated **Per Diem Lead RN** to help ensure the delivery of high-quality, coordinated patient care through comprehensive management of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows and effective clinical leadership. This role supports patients, providers, and interdisciplinary teams by promoting accuracy, collaboration, and continuity of care from admission through discharge.
