Family Crisis Therapist Supervisor

Summary Statement This is the supervisory level in the family crisis therapy series responsible for overseeing and monitoring program operations for intervention services. Select Requirements Applicants must possess the following selective requirement in addition to the job requirements: Possession of a valid Driver’s License (not suspended, revoked, or cancelled, or disqualified from driving). Essential Functions Intervene in family crisis situations. Provide ongoing clinical assessment and treatment. Develop and implement treatment plans. Assess progress and recommend appropriate strategies for continual functional improvement within the family. Conduct individual and family therapy sessions. Prepare clinical reports and documentation of progress towards goals of families and clients. Provide ongoing consultation with professional staff. Job Requirements Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher in Behavioral or Social Science or related field. Two years' experience in crisis intervention. Three years' experience in case management such as assessing, planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating options and services to meet an individual's human needs. Coursework, training and/or work experience in staff supervision, which may include performing as a lead worker overseeing the work of others.
