Social Media Coordinator

Coniglio Palm Beach is seeking a highly creative Social Media & Content Creator to produce elevated, fashion-forward visual content that reflects the brand's refined, coastal luxury aesthetic. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for style, composition, and storytelling who is passionate about both content creation and digital brand building. This position combines high-level photo and video production with hands-on social media management, making it perfect for someone who thrives in both creative direction and platform execution. The ideal candidate is both independent and collaborative and capable of leading shoots while also working closely with the marketing team to develop and execute a cohesive social strategy. Capture high-end fashion imagery and video, including lookbooks, campaigns, lifestyle content, and behind-the-scenes moments Conceptualize, shoot, and edit content specifically for social-first platforms, with a strong understanding of current trends and formats Direct and execute shoots featuring apparel, accessories, and styled looks in both studio and on-location settings Create visually compelling assets for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other digital platforms, as well as e-commerce and paid advertising Produce both editorial-style content and engaging, trend-driven social media assets Edit photo and video content with a strong emphasis on color, texture, and tone to maintain a cohesive, elevated brand aesthetic Deliver optimized content tailored to each platform (Reels, Stories, TikTok, Pins, etc.) Manage Coniglio Palm Beach's social media accounts, ensuring a consistent, fashion-forward and on-brand presence Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest Monitor trends, performance metrics, and audience engagement to inform content strategy Engage with the community through comments, messages, and brand interactions Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute seasonal campaigns, launches, and social initiatives Assist in building and evolving Coniglio Palm Beach's visual identity and social voice Qualifications & Skills Experience: 2-4 years of experience in content creation and photography in the luxury or boutique resort-wear sector. #J-18808-Ljbffr
