Company: Fast-growing roofing company specializing in storm-damaged roofing solutions.
Position: Construction Sales Trainee
We’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who want to build a high-income career in roofing sales.
No roofing sales experience required — full training provided. This is a great opportunity for people who are energetic, coachable, and comfortable working outdoors.
What You’ll Do
- Canvass neighborhoods to find homes that may have roof damage
- Conduct basic roof inspections (training provided)
- Speak with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claims
- Set appointments and support the sales process
What We’re Looking For
- Sales, canvassing, or customer-facing experience preferred (server, bartender, hospitality backgrounds welcome)
- Comfortable working outdoors and talking to people daily
- Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn
- Able to climb a ladder for inspections
- Reliable transportation (car or truck required)
