Brand Ambassador

Summary As a Brand Ambassador for Bulgari Perfumes at Bloomingdale's 59th Street, you will represent the brand with professionalism and passion, delivering exceptional in-store experiences. The role focuses on luxury sales, product expertise, client engagement, and supporting store activations under the supervision of the Selling Manager. You will contribute to sales growth, execute events, and maintain brand presentation standards. Responsibilities Drive sales for Bulgari perfume brands and meet or exceed individual and event sales goals. Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable client experiences using suggestive selling techniques. Plan, execute, and support in-store events and special activations to achieve event sales targets. Report business results and observations daily and weekly to the Selling Manager. Ensure product replenishment, maintain luxury presentation standards, and support merchandising updates. Uphold brand grooming standards and uniform guidelines at all times. Requirements 2+ years of sales experience in fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail with proven event and promotional sales success. Ability to inspire, motivate, and influence others, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Demonstrated collaboration with management to achieve sales and business objectives; results-oriented and accountable. Strong communication skills, professionalism with clients and peers, and dependability including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
