Surgical Technologist - NOC Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

This position requires rotating 12-hour day and night shifts, totaling 36 hours per week. Weekends are required every other week, unless otherwise specified, and on-call duty is mandatory.

The Surgical Technologist will support surgical teams in various specialties including Total Joints (Mako total joints), Robotics, Neuro (Crani/Spine), General, and Pediatric/Adolescent/Adult surgeries. The role involves preparing the operating room, assisting during surgeries, and maintaining a sterile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain a sterile field during surgeries.
• Assist with the setup of surgical instruments and equipment.
• Provide support to surgeons and other medical staff during procedures.
• Handle and deliver surgical supplies as needed during operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• BLS certification is required for all candidates.
• Flu and COVID vaccinations are mandatory, with allowances for medical or religious declinations.
