Your Mission & Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives, fostering a culture of service, accountability, and continuous improvement. Drive new business development across your region by setting ambitious goals, supporting prospecting efforts, and identifying strategic opportunities for growth. Monitor and analyze sales performance; provide actionable feedback, set clear expectations, and celebrate wins. Collaborate with company leadership to align regional sales strategies with overall business objectives. Support customer relationships by engaging with key accounts, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring the highest standard of service. Champion SRM Concrete’s values in every interaction—modeling integrity, professionalism, and a “We Say Yes” mentality. Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, Billing, and Quality Control to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction. What Sets You Apart Inspirational leadership style with a proven track record of developing and motivating high-performing sales teams. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to set priorities, multitask, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building trust-based relationships with customers, team members, and partners. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement. Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, digital tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Deep understanding of the local market and customer base, or a strong desire to become an expert in the ready mix concrete industry. Experience in sales management, business development, or contractor estimating/project management is highly valued.
