Volt is immediately hiring a Human Resources Coordinator in DeSoto, Texas.

As a HR Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate and drive ongoing programs, projects, or processes that have wide-ranging effect on the organization.
• Perform Human Resources related administrative duties in support of HR activities such as employment, compensation, etc. which include the creation and maintenance of employee records and various related HR files.
• Coordinates and executes onboarding procedures for new hires.
• Consults and collaborates with other HR employees to ensure consistent application of practices and policies.

This is a full-time long-term temp, possible temp to hire opportunity.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree or certificate in HR related field strongly preferred.
• 1-2 years minimum HR experience required
• Knowledge of basic human resources principles and procedures, applicable state and federal regulations and laws is required.
• Confidentiality and propriety are a must.

Pay Rate: $28.00- 30.00 Per Hour DOE
